Ilkley Windows Ltd is a well established family owned business of over 40 years, which is large enough to build the biggest conservatories but is small enough to deal with all its customers on a very personal basis. All our projects from a single window up to a combined conservatory and extension receive careful and individual attention.

The staff are justly proud of the reputation for quality and service that has been built up over the years, culminating in the Natural Award on two consecutive years for conservatory design. We have always maintained a flexible approach to materials designed to suit all properties so that we are currently able to offer windows, doors, and conservatories in white PVCu, wood finish PVCu, aluminium and hardwood.

We have dozens of happy customers in the North and West Yorkshire areas, including Ilkley, Leeds, Harrogate and Skipton.

DO NOT USE - SHAMBOLIC GLAZING COMPANY In May 2017 I asked Ilkley Windows to fit 6 windows. In August they called me to confirm my installation date and that everything was on track. A few days later I received a letter confirming the same installation date and the names of the two fitters who’d be doing the work, and the day before the installation I received another call from Ilkley Windows confirming everything was all booked in and the time the fitters would arrive the next day. On the day of the installation, I received a phone call from Ilkley Windows an hour after they were supposed to have turned up to say they’d ‘forgotten to order my windows’. What started then was a catalogue of issues, which nine infuriating months later has only just been resolved. Their service is terrible, they don't return calls or do what they say they will. They are not a little local business as I thought, but instead are a brand within a much larger glazing consortium that stretches over to the Wirral and up to Newcastle. After reading several reviews on the company Facebook page detailing similar experiences to mine, they've since removed customer feedback from public view. Use this company with caution.
