Premier Windows, Doors & Conservatories is a long established company operating throughout the South East and has built a reputation for providing quality products at value for money prices.

Premier is unusual, in that, unlike over 98% of companies in this market we manufacture our products ‘in house’ in our Brighton factories. This gives us greater control over the specification and quality of the product, which is designed to meet the harsh weather conditions experienced on the South Coast.

Our surveyors each have over 30 years experience in surveying these products. This experience is invaluable in spotting any potential building problems and ensuring that measurements are taken accurately to ensure a smooth installation for our fitters. Our surveyors also need to ensure that the installation meets all the current Building Regulations requirements – which we self certify to provide the necessary documentation for our customers, through FENSA, the industry regulatory body.

Our standards of fitting are very high in comparison to the industry as a whole, where this is, unfortunately, all too often not the case. These fitting standards are achieved by carrying out work very professionally, showing great care for our customers’ properties and the quality of finish required. The bar we have set in this department is high – as it needs to be.

An investment of this sort requires to be looked after and we provide a full and comprehensive 10 Year Guarantee. We have a Service Department to deal with any problems that may occur during the Guarantee period. Any problem that does occur is dealt with speedily, efficiently and professionally, as it should be – again, this is often not the case in the industry as a whole.

Before any of this work can take place – before surveying, manufacturing and installation can be carried out; our estimators have to provide costings for the work.

Our estimators are experienced, with years of training – their job is to visit properties, listen to what our potential customers require and suggest designs and those products that might meet requirements. No two jobs are quite the same, but with years of experience we are able to suggest sound options – whether it is a bathroom window or a substantial portal framed conservatory, rest assured our advice will be sound. Rest assured also that there will be no high pressure selling – it is not our policy to put any pressure whatsoever on potential customers – we will visit, discuss, advise and provide a quotation for your consideration.
