We recently expanded our factories and installation centre from Rochford to new premises in both Basildon and Crayford to enable us to service our customers from more centralized locations, in our state of the art installation centre at basildon we still manufacture our own GRADE ‘A’ double glazed units and assemble brand new conservatory roofs made of the highest quality materials. As a duraflex premier partner we are now able to take delivery of hundreds of frames every week expertly manufactured and checked with precision. We supply and install everything from either our Basildon or Crayford installation centres with highly experienced fitting teams that work exclusively for Smiths and will arrive at your home in Smiths sign written vehicles.

Westminster Doors: Unique to Smiths, our high security range of white and coloured wood grained PVCu Westminster doors are specially manufactured in our factory to ensure a wide choice of colours and maximum value for our clients. Re-enforced with steel, Grade A PVCu, A Rated Argon filled Pilkington EnergyKare Optiwhite Glass, multi-locking security system, and fully warranted for10 years as standard.
PVCu: Smiths Double Glazed Doors ‘PVCu’ are available in many designs with hundreds of different glazing options, giving you hundreds of ways to make your door look unique to you. Security is a very high feature with all panels being re-enforced and our guaranteed locking system with shoot bolts, surpassing all standards within the industry. You can choose from all the PVCu colour options so whatever your taste, from a solid door panel to the most exquisite design our range will allow you to choose the perfect match for your home.
French: French doors help link your home with the outside allowing you to enjoy your garden or view whilst retaining a more traditional look for your property. Composite: The Composite Door Collection has attained a new level of manufacturing excellence with a high performance, high quality composite door range. The beautiful door designs in eight distinctive colours feature GRP and thermoplastic skins that have the look and feel of a traditional timber door. On our composite entrance doors the skins are bonded to a fully reinforced twin rebated 60mm thick PVCu door sash which is 50% thicker than other composite doors, ensuring weather performance of the highest quality. Each door has a solid core of enviro-foam which gives an insulation U value of 0.3 (9 times that of a timber door) and is reinforced, ensuring long term strength and security.
