Willowbank's owner and company director, Nick Carter, has worked in the industry since 1987 and has a wealth of experience. To say he treats every job as if it is his own is no understatement, personally overseeing all aspects of any job – big or small. Nick believes in ‘good old fashioned business principles’ and treating the customer right – great customer service is one of those ‘old fashioned’ principles that you will experience when you choose Willowbank. From simply always ensuring telephone calls are returned (even when on holiday) to making sure you get installation dates to suit you your Willowbank experience will always aim to please.

“If you cant turn up when you say you must always let the customer know” was a favourite phrase of Nick’s granddad – a successful fruit and vegetable merchant - and is a principle that Nick holds dear to his heart.
